Hi can someone help me? I'm 17and want to lose as much pregnancy weight as possible in 2 months. How can I do this the healthy way? I'm very upset about the way I look now because before i got pregnant i weighed 119 now i'm 160! and this is after I had the baby.I was wondering in 2 months how much weight would I lose? I also have bad stretch marks will excersise help them go away? any suggestions.
if i was you i would try the cabbage soup diet it works wonders
