Well, first of all drink loads of water. It helps break up fatty tissue. Then plenty of cardio exercise is a must (jogging, cycling, anything that gets you out of breath). Power walking, lunges and squats would target that area. If you want to speed things up, go and see if your gym has one of those vibrating platform exercise things. Make sure you eat though, just make it healthy. Fill half your plate with vegetables, quarter of it with lean meat/fish (grilled), and less than quarter of saturates (fries etc). The only way to shed some pounds and keep them off is to change your eating habits by having healthy, balanced meals and cutting down on fat, sugar, simple carbs, and junk food.
