Why do you need to be circumcised?
Even if you don't masturbate the stretches are going to pull. You will have erections, especially at night, so you can't help that.
I'm sure you'll find a way to masturbate and it's not like it will be forever. Yes, there will probably be some pain. You'll also find your glans (the head) very sensitive.
