Hello, folks. A good friend of mine was discovered a bowel cancer. He told me that last night and I got without text. I must admit that this is very hard for me, but I guess this is even harder for him. How do you comfort someone who has cancer? I would really appreciate if anyone could help me with this.
Hello. Cancer is tough for people in the patient’s surroundings. But, you are right. It is even tougher for him. You must be supportive. If he wants to talk about it, you must listen and try to comfort him. If he doesn’t want to talk about it, then follow this wish of his. If he needs any help, provide it for him if you can. Talk to his relatives. If his medical condition allows, spend the time with him as much as you can. Show him that this disease won’t affect your friendship. I hope I’ve helped a little. Good luck!
