well if your a virgin then there is a thin layer of tissuee blocking into your vagina. if that breaks (and you feel it) it would meen you lost your virginity but if it hasent then your pretty much safe.
Hi, well looking from a medical term, its to be said that women who anticipate in sporting activities brake their virginity (the thin tissue covering virgina). Do check for that thin tissue, however, if its not there than you can clearly state to your husband that its not necessary that virginity can be broken by simply having intercourse. Research on this via Internet. Because i think if you tell him the truth, he'll never trust you and if you truly love him than you should not tell him. He might even leave you for this reason. So look if you still have that thin tissue, there is no problem. If not, then you could say that i have been working out in a gym or at home and that it did bleed once during exercise. Sometimes, telling a lie solves things as long as the intension is clean and not harmful but obviously should not make a habit.

the hymen is not your virginity. if you have not had sex then you are still a virgin. there is actually really no way to tell if someone is a virgin or not. not all girls feel pain or bleed on their first time and your boyfriend needs to understand that.
Its hard to tell if someone is a virgin or not, some girls experience bleeding while others dont. There is a thin tissue layer that breaks, but it can also break while doing sports as well (because its so thin). So dont worry about it too much.
you also break the hymen when you excercise or masturbating. Loosing virginity to me is when you actually have sex for the first time. penetration. i guess..lol
