How likely is a pregnancy by indirect contact of pre cum?

Perhaps you could be more specific. But here are some general pointers.

1. If a finger with 'pre-cum' on it enters your vagina, there is a greater chance of pregnancy than if it just touches your clitoris.
2. If a finger with 'pre-cum' on it does not enter your vagina, there is a greater chance of pregnancy the wetter you are.
3. If he had not urinated since his last ejaculation, there is a high chance that his pre-cum would contain sperm
4. He might always have sperm in his pre-cum

Thank you. And well I felt it on my hand from his penis very little I did not touch myself after however I'm just concerned that it possibly smeared some where close to me by his hand

The risk is low. 'Somewhere close to me' is a little vague. If it was only a 'smear', and it was (say) on your clitoris, unless you were very wet, you should be ok.
