How long can a sperm actually live up to ?
some people say 5 to 6 days
Others say 3to 4
Up to 5 days...believe that as I just found out the hard way...I had always thought or known it to be 24-48hrs...but when I had gone to my ob/gyn I asked that very "?" Its no more than 5 days..

Its no more than 5 days..there's a website you can go to and check your ovulation hormone levels according to your last cycle and well I did just that and wasn't even on the low side or start to the ovulation week and thought awhh it'll be fine sperm don't live more than 48hrs in a woman's body...WRONG I WAS and within 5 days later was fertilized...also learned that an egg can be fertilized in the ovaries prior to ovulation or the egg releasing
