hey! i am in the exact spot you were when you posted this a year ago. i have ocd terribly and am unable to get medication because my mother can’t know about this (family is very religious). i would really like to hear how you have been dealing with this and if you could give me any advice or really anything. i’m desperate. i burn my hands constantly trying to kill sperm and i’m unable to go to the bathroom after i come in contact with sperm on my hands (even after washing them) because i am scared when i wipe i will transmit the sperm. i know how all of this ACTUALLY works, i am a nurse. it’s so wild that we can know these things and yet our ocd convinces us otherwise. anyways, i really hope you see this. thank you.
