I had 7 bypasses done 15 years ago, and they're all doing fine.
I am due to have 7 bypasses done soon how are you feeling after yours thanks
My brother just had a 6 way bypass. Fyi
My husband had 6 bypass surgery 2 yrs ago all at same time. He's doing well. He was 55 yrs old at the time.
That is true. Five is the max I was told. I’ve have five
I had 6 done last month.
It was actually back to back surgery. When they buttoned me up after 5, I crashed and they had to reopen my chest, replace one that collapsed and and one more.
I Am doing fair now, except for a nasty Infection.

I just learned today because my dad was in that you can have at least nine at one time. Yes, nine...crazy! How was he even walking around before that?
Its funny I felt great in fact I was excising 6 days a week was a competitive senior weight lifter and when I went in to take my physical I felt like I passed with flying colors. Instead he said I did not and that they did a angioplasty and after he said that I needed a triple by pass. I have never felt worse in my life than I have in the last five years since, I am 64 and in pain everyday in my chest, I can no longer compete in athletics they said but that I need to walk or jog and do very light lifting. I have bulges in my chest bone the ribs connecting to the sternum hurt I have gone to the ER probably 6 times since thinking I was having angina and dying but they say everything is fine I suppose I should be happy that I felt great and was supposedly dying and now feel like sh*t and supposedly fine. that is my experience.
How many days post bypass surgery can you have a cigarette?
