I came across this discussion and as there are some other interesting discussions going on that kind of tie in with this one, I thought I would revive it if you don't mind.
I, too, mostly wash my face twice a day with a gentle facial cleanser. At night, I use makeup remover before then washing my face. I shower in the morning and cleanse my face while in the shower. Lately, my face has taken a bit of a beating. I don't have acne or anything like that and it is hard to describe but, well, it just looks less healthy. Considering fairly large amounts of stress lately and working late, it may not be a surprise, but of course I don't like it one little bit.
Do you think changing my facial cleansing routine could help any?
