Masturbation - why not? I'm 27 now and a few years back I did about 8 in a day one day, normally once a day is enough but twice is not unheard of, three times happens rarely. I see it as stress releasing. As long as you don't damage your junk, do it as much as you feel necessary. I find too much time without some self help can cause massive amounts of tension to build up, although not everyone is the same. I get wet dreams if I leave things too long sometimes.
