I’m 25 years old and I’m in second month of pregnancy. Before pregnancy I was spending a lot of time in exercising. I want to continua with exercise but I’m not sure is it a good idea. Can somebody with experience tell me, please, how much exercise is ok during pregnancy? Thanks!
I can give you some advices. Always listen to your body. Your body will naturally give you signals that it is time to reduce the level of exercise you perform. And remember, never exercise to the point of exhaustion or breathlessness. This is a sign that your baby and your body cannot get the oxygen supply it needs.
