Hi, I am 24 years old and I am in my fourth month of pregnancy. The problem is that I really don’t like milk and everyone says that I have to drink it. How much milk should I actually drink now that I am pregnant? Perhaps I can use something else…
You should drink as much as you can. There is no better way for a baby inside you to get calcium than through the milk. And if you don’t like the regular milk, perhaps you can try with chocolate milk, for example. And also, you could make a compromise for your baby, I mean drink the milk even if you don’t like it, you will have a healthy child!
