i dont know how often should i exercise. I dont have a lot of free time and it turns out its pretty difficult for me to find enough time to do it. Should i be exercising every day couple of days a week? Or maybe i should go by the hours per week. How many hours of exercise per week is enough to stay in shape.
Most of the exercises i do are at home, i really hate the gym. Im trying my best and i have been exercising 3 hours per week. Is that enough or should i make some time? Any suggestions?
You should try to exercise at least half an hour every day. Even if it's just taking your kids/dogs for a walk or even just going to the shops for a gallon of milk. It would be even better if you could go for a jog in the mornings for about 20 minutes a day depending on how badly you want to keep in shape. Otherwise going for a half an hour walk after dinner or at some point in your day should be enough to keep u in shape and motivated to exercise more at some point. Hope this has helped
