If you don't want a child and don't want to use any protection then ABSTINENCE is your best bet.
Seriously, use protection - a condom at least. Used properly they are VERY effective. You can get them in natural materials too so there are very low chances of an allergic reaction.
You also should have sex about a week BEFORE she expect her next period to start. Her fertility would be approaching its lowest fertility.
