My wife and I have tried to have sex hard but then realized that her hymen opening is small and the tissues around the opening is a little bit tough. Every time I tried to penetration, it always hit the tissues and she could not stand the pain.
We saw the doctor but we have to wait for 4 months before she can have the surgery to remove it. We are wondering that what we can do and if it is still possible to breaking (with tolerable pain) the hymen? It sounds like waiting forever for the doctor.

Some women just have an unbreakable hymen requiring surgery. There really isn't anything you can do that would not be extremely painful for her. The most I can suggest is fingering her, but no sex obviously.
