She is detined to get an injury, overtrain, or just burnout. Rest days are very important. Hopefully none of the above will happen.

Well, due in part to the good advice of you 'been there, done that' folks, I just let it drop and am not going to hound her any more. She parks her truck at my house and runs on the creek greenway and it was here when I got back from shopping. So I took the dogs and went walking to meet her, ran into her in just a few minutes. First, she tells me how hungry she is because all she's had to eat all day is a Special K bar and two bananas, which is 'really good' 8O and then tells me that since she can only run for 30 minutes without getting tired she figures she should run in one direction and then walk back because thirty minutes of exercise can't possibly be enough, but 1 1/2 hours is better :eek2: . She wanted me to do this little regimen with her on Monday night, and I told her running 6k was quite enough for me per weekday and I didn't feel the need to add an hour of speed walking to it.

There are so many warning bells going off in my head right now.....from both a clinical and a personal point of view! Those here who have known me for a long time know that I haven't been shy about talking about my past ED issues, and I'll tell you this: she sounds like me in too many ways to be a good thing. :(

For how many days should I take rest after cesarean section? Any recommendation for post-cesarean relaxation?
