Um i use Calamine lotion for poission oke to dry it out, and i think it would do the same for fordyces. + calamine lotion is completely harmless so even if it doesn't work its not gonna do anything harmful to you.

DO NOT believe this person, I personally have not tried this but in all seriousness I've read on here about people advising to make small incisions where the fordyce spots are to remove them DO NOT do that either.
I have a serious case of these spots and the extend all the way from the tip of my penis to my scrotum and they are quite large and very protruded. I also have hairs growing all the way to the tip which I have been recieving hair removal laser treatment for but so far this has not been working either, the hairs are still there
on top of this I have a skin condition called vitiligo which eats the skins pigment so your skin becomes white and the non effected areas stay pigmented this is also on my penis.
I will be trying the acutane or the other topical treatment spoken of in an above post but I WILL NOT apply calamine lotion to my penis that sounds just stupid.
post some before and after photos with the calamine lotion in view and applied and then someone might believe you.

Got this stuff on me as well, my girlfriend noticed them and to be honest, i'd forgotten they even existed and i still do forget about them because it has never hurt or that noticeable. If your circumcised i guess it can be more noticeable as the head is shown clearly regardless of if it's hard or soft but most un-circumcised people still have a fair bit of foreskin surrounding the knob while hard so girls rarely even notice them. Mine only did because during oral sex she specifically wanted to stroke her tongue around it, if your honestly self-conscious then just steer away from oral activities (say it's not your thing/don't like it etc).

i've got these PPP things, and i used tooth paste on them for a bit, and now about 2-3 months later i've noticed i've lost alot of feeling on my corona.
i think i'm going to go see a doc soon, but i was just wandering if anyone has had the same trouble, and if i'm stuck with a fairly numb corona forever.

I cured myself with matchsticks!
Ok I learned that supposedly the only way to get rid of the little suckas was with a co2 laser, because wart creams and freezing do not work. HEAT is the answer my friends, I got my heat source from simple and cheap matches or matchsticks.
I lit up a match, let it burn for about 5 seconds then blow it out, it has enough heat in it trust me, put it close to the tips of the PPP and they turn really white, it does hurt a little bit but not much, dont touch your little fella with the match heads that could hurt, just the tips of the PPP.
Some fell off the next day, and most fell off the second day, its now my third day and I have about 5 to fall off.
Just take your time and be careful, it does work.

Hi, I am 16, i have recently found out that i have PPP...i was hopeing to find a home cure, as in, washing with a special soap to reduce the bumps. but i did not find it...i am very sub-conscious about it..and idk how to tell a doctor or explain to my girlfriend if she finds out...i will feel embarrassed if i do either one
