When I was younger, I didnt know how to masturbate so I just humped my bed and it tore my peehole.. it hurt for a while and now my peehole is half in and half out, I want to get surgery sometime to get this fixed.. Also before I ever had contact with a girl, I was still young, I got a p***y-looking zit that grew on my penis.. it kept getting bigger and bigger until it just burst and blood, white puss and a black thing came out of it.. it now left a ring scar on my penis and has little black dots growing just underneath the skin, which I pulled out with tweezers once (it took me forever) and then the black dots eventually just grew back under the skin.. It isnt that noticeable, but I can notice it for sure
I'm 24 and just noticed fordyce bumps about 6 weeks ago.. I got checked and have no STD's and when I look at the description and pictures, I know it is definately Fordyce.. I am going to try 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and see if it works, but if not then I will have to save up for CO2 Laser surgery, which costs between $2000 - $4000 but I heard it will cure it for good... I will keep you posted on the 3% H2O2 and let you know if it helps at all

I only get blow jobs in the dark and so far everything has been fine with the women.. So if this is holding you back from having sex, don't worry about it because if you use a condom it is really not as noticeable as you may think, and if it is, then let her know it's just fordyce and show her on the internet.. just be honest and girls will be ok with it

I had acne and went on accutane. It completely got rid of them 100%, but like 3 months later they're all back, maybe even worse than before. Accutane sucks, it got rid of my acne, but it has harsh side effects, you can't drink, you're skin dries out, its thought although not proven to be a depressant. So I would recommend not going on accutane if it's just for fordyce spots because they will come back.

I have/had both PPP's and Forcyde's on my penis both now and in the past. Never really noticed forcyde's spots as they were right at the bottom of the shaft, first gor them when i was about 11 but they've suddenly started getting worse and creeping up the shaft. PPPs I get a tiny amount of every now and then - as one chap mentioned earlier the best way around this is to cut down on your masturbating. Let's be grown up about this - I have a foreskin so when i crack one out it's going to rub the bottom of the head creating friction and drying it out. Now everyone's body is different but my response was to try moisturising creams (both water and oil based) and to cut down the self-lovin' - it always works. As for forcyde's, they're essentially hair follicles that have trapped stuff in them. If you're a hairy guy then it's going to be worse for you. I shave down there (a bit) when I've got a girlfriend and it seems to go down - it's at it's worst when I leave it to grow back - and as with all hair, the more you shave, the thicker and faster it grows back. Therefore either never shave or keep on top of it! Recently going through a dry spell so I might try this jojoba oil and see what happens. And for the self-conscious guys out there, plenty of girls are self-conscious too. My first girlfirend was terrified about the smell of her "lady-garden" and refused to let me go down on her until i told her i didn't care, which I didn't. And I doubt she even noticed my forcyde's spots!

Hi I have had PPP i tried TCA peel 2% and it got rid of them for good it hurt like heck but it will work. I used it three times over a three month time. It makes the skin rise and peel so it gget down to the root of the PPP. But i do not recomend to do this for yuo will have pain for about a week while sleeping. But if your really hating them and worried about what a girl will say or just dont have the money to laser them off try TCA peel 2%. But remeber it is really painful forabout 5 minutes.

I really do like seeing questions on this issue and I want to see more although the more I see means more people have it which in itself isnt good. The more awareness that can be raised about this, the more we can hopefully get mainstream medical practices to take it seriously rather than just saying they are natural and dont worry about them. That seems to be the standard medical line and is so unhelpful. Anyway yes I have pearly penile papules too - mine are pretty bad and seems like you cant get rid of them other than having that laser removal procedure. Im a bit worried about doing that and you do have to pay for the procedure - its not free. I have read a lot about this while trying to research all about papules.
Do read my blog about what Ive been through and all the things I have tried to get rid of these things. Nothing has worked for me and I have tried everything I can think of as you will see. I hope my experience will help others - Ive been on a journey for many years trying so hard to find a non invasive natural solution.

im pretty sure i got it too...im 13 and its SO FRUSTTRATING,, especially cuz im in highschool..and sorta like this chick..but have this little darn thing on my bottom lip( it can be on the lips too) isnt helping at all.and it makes me soo mad..to make it worse my parents dont think its serious and dont wanna see a doctor.all they says is slap some toothpaste on it.but that duznt do anything at all!.grr!

Heat the tip of a needle using a candle or a lighter or whatever you want and simply burn it off...just touch the tip of the friggin PPP..it will turn white and it will hurt a bit ,but, it will work...they will fall off within 2 or 3 days..
