how to get rid of pink pearly penile paupels and fordyce

yalls grammer sucks very badly!! speak normal i couldnt even understand what you are saying half the time! and i head toothpaste or lotion or triple antibiotic ointment can help remove fordyce spots. good luck i got them to btw so i feel yall on all this.

I have the save problem I had forcyde since I was 12 and I dry humped to much when I was younger, But when I turned 19 or 20 I started notice PPP and Yes I am a virgin and I'm so scared to have with a girl thinking that I have some disease I wish I have never masturbated or dry humped on my bed a lot I feel so embarrassed to go to the doctors and tell my parents. But I'm glad I found about this forum and knowing about this that is not a disease I kind of feel happy but not as much cause I'm still a virgin I'm 24 and I just feel like I would never have sex with any girl I feel like they will be grossed out, so I wish this never had happen to me ever in my life I feel like freak. Hope for a future cure cause all this remedies feel like there just going to damage your skin so I guess I would Live like for the rest of my life and feel like I am never going to have intercourse with any girl.

Don't worry! You know what they are and that they are normal. You can explain it to her if she has any reservations. I have them as well and none of the girls I have been with have either noticed or cared. I got them quite early as well. Be careful with any self-administered "treatments".

Ok, I have read through this forum and compiled treatments that people suggested ( copy and pasted them in): I have a moderate case of FS - I may methodically try all of these ideas 1 by 1...

- tretinoin for fordyce spots

- CALAMINE LOTION 

 -tretinol gel - Tretinol seems to be effective when used with alpha hydroxyacid agents

8% Benzoyl Peroxide worked for me ruben affected area left on overnigh

- TCA peel 2%

- tretinoin and AHA peeling togethe

- AHA cream - for ppp - target cotton bud

- acne drug called acutane, and my white bumps on gone

- apply tea tree oil to the affected area twice daily (once after I shower and once before bed.) as well each morning i have used a sandpapery like fingernail file  to file down the area.

- Some strange suggestions of burning ... I may try this last

- some suggest dealing with it - or explaining to gf .... (this I guess would depend on how bad your case of FS or ppp)

- salt was suggested

- laser surgery - Last resort I guess ...

I have successfulyl gotten rid of Pearly Penile Papules.  

To begin with - there is no magic cream / lotion of any kind - think about this  - if someone claims that they have invented a cream that could target some body cells and not the others - well - that cream manufacturer have just found a cure for cancer,,,  

 

The only thing that really works - is physical removal. And guess what - CO2 laser is great and painless, but any knife / razor / scissors will do.

All I used:

1) manucure scissors

2) hydrogen peroxide as antiseptic

3) paper towels.

 

It's easy - take small manicure scissors, wipe them with antiseptic and accurately cut off pearly papules... one by one - no rush there. YES -  IT'S PAINFULL but not that painful - no need for any kind of painkillers. I couldn't cover entire under-head at one time - so it took me about 11-14 approaches, every time cutting off some of those purle papules - but hey - once  my penis head healed - it was all nice and smooth!  it worked very ffing well!

im 15 and to get rid of pearly penile papules(the liitle annoying lumps)  use toothpaste and/or tea tree oil

to make fordyces spots less visble wash thouroughly and use spot treatments

Im only 15 and im not sexually active i am not circumcised and i got these about 2 years ago and my tip is like bright pink and when i pull the skin back you see these little bumps n at first i thought i had a type of jock itch or yeast infection but now after seeing this i think i know what it is do you guys know if having oral sex with a girl can give her some type of infection in her mouth if its just the penile infection? Im worried about doing stuff with her and afraid she could get some type of infection and that would embarrass me badly :( pleez reply

Wow this thread has some really bad advice in it. I've tried toothpaste, iodine, tea tree oil, castor oil, and the nail file; none of these work. And cutting them off with scissors puts you at a much higher risk for infection than the method I'm about to share.

The only thing I've tried that worked is the soldering iron method.

If you Google "sebaceous prominence t651-possible-method-of-removal" you will find a thread with some before and after photos, but they aren't great. I really wish I had taken some before photos to help other guys. I know how scary it seems, but if you think about the logic behind it it makes sense why it works. Doctors use either the Co2 laser or the hyfrecator to remove PPP, both work by burning the skin; causing the papule to blister and eventually peel off. Both of these tools offer more precision than the soldering iron because they are not constantly live / hot, so they can be lined up first and then burn the papule; however the soldering iron will cause the skin to blister and peel the exact same way.

I used EMLA cream (no prescription needed in my country, you'll need to look into it for wherever you live) and a 30 watt soldering iron. Took a shower and cleaned well with soap then applied the cream generously and left it for about 35 minutes and I let the soldering iron heat up for last 5. It's a little strange just how numb it really makes you, but of course you don't want to feel anything during this. Then I nervously touched the iron to a papule and to my relief felt absolutely nothing, so I decided to continue and burn the rest. As they burn they make a sort of hissing sound and the skin will change to a whiter colour. Applied some Polysporin and that was it. A little while later as the numbing wore off it started getting a little painful but nothing unbearable and the constant ache was gone maybe an hour after it started. It was sensitive for a few days but you can easily go about your daily life normally. During the healing process I would let water trickle gently over it but no soap during my showers then hold my foreskin back to let it air dry and then reapply the Polysporin every evening before bed. After about 5 days the skin started to peel a bit on its own and underneath was dark red skin. A few more days and it was only a little sensitive and pretty much fully peeled. 14 days total until it was 100% back to normal colour.

Hi guys, girls get fordyce spots too you know. I am 24 and I have them myself on my inner thighs and (I know this probably sounds disgusting) but my breast are pretty huge so I have them under my breast too. They are hardly noticeable on my inner thighs but very noticeable under my breast. Honestly, I have yet to be with a guy who finds them disgusting. Most guys don't even notice them. The same goes for guys that have them. I have seen quite a few guys with these spots on their penises and they don't bother us girls as much as some of you guys think it does. Most girls don't even notice them. We're too busy worried about whether or not we look fat or if you can spot a blemish on us. As long as your penis doesn't have a nasty discharge, scabbing, or oozing bumps (I know...disgusting) us women don't even care about these spots no matter how big they appear. Now, there are some inexperienced girls who might ask what they are. Even I did the first time I saw a penis. lol But don't let that discourage you. She is only asking out of concern for her own health as well as yours, which is always a good sign. Assure her that these are not an STD, not contagious, and normal. Instead of trying to explain the ins and outs of this condition, just tell her they are caused by sweat and friction. She will understand, trust me.

*ANSWER* Right the over day I spent 30 pound on this internet thing to reveal the answer to this question I had problems with... to get rid of pearly penile pauplels and this does work took me 2 day but I only had a few but it does work ; you need tooth paste I used COLGATE MAX FRESH , toilet roll , small headed tooth brush I GOT 2 FOR18p FROM TESCO YOU CAN GET IT FROM SAINSBURYS
STEP 1:at night just before bed-wash the pearl penile pauples and surrounding area with soap and warm warter or just have a bath.
step 2: put a small amount of toothpaste on the SMALL HEADED TOOTH BRUSH and gently brush the area affected by the PPP(pearly penile pauples)
step 3: roll the toilet paper around your penis just over the toothpaste , when you wake up in the morning , rinse the toilet paper toothpaste off. then wash your penis with soap and warm water and leave it be for the day.
step 5 : do this continually

right now for the Fordyce I haven't tried this yet but ive ordered my cream and god its taking a long time! but the thing what I paid for says it works and it easier then getting rid of PPP!!! It says get tretinoin gel I bought some of amazon cost about 7 pound takes 7-23 days and you rub it over the the skin and you will see it work ! am 13 years old spent a month and abit on my penis to make it look nice and am gonna say good look to every one who sees this !

Very easy to get rid of ! f**k tour wife/gf when she has thrush. Let it fester about a week or so or as long as you can handle the iitchiness once the thrush is gone so should the pearls you may have to rub some of them a bit , but you will find them soft and they should just come off

 

Hey everyone, so i just wanted to share my story on how I rid of my pearly penile papules safely without any pain on 10/21/2013. After living with PPP for about 21 years, I decided to try the toothpaste method. After a 2 week trial with toothpaste, I got rid of it!!! I'm honestly going to tell you that this worked for me from the bottom of my heart because I'm sooooo glad that I got rid of these things. A lot of people say that the toothpaste method didn't/doesn't work for them and the only explanation to this is they didn't follow the correct removal process. What I mean by that is you don't just put toothpaste on your penis where your papules are and expect it to go away like magic? After applying toothpaste, you have to follow through with a few more steps. When I applied toothpaste on my penis papules, the skin of my penis started to get dry and a lot of individuals feel like this is a no no. However, this is required in order to remove them. I'm still in the process of fully removing all of them but let's just say 3/4 of it are gone and the remaining are microscopic. Either way, my penis looks like a brand new penis and it didn't cost me more than $10 + NO PAIN or DISCOMFORT. If you guys want to know what kind of toothpaste I used and the process I went through in removing these annoying buggers, let me know. I can finally have sex without scaring my sex partner.
