I do some ab works because before(about 2 years ago) i used to had no breathing pattern. I used to breath too fast or not enough which my lungs exercise my abs for nothing. With this, i would start to have cramps. Since then i did some abs workout and had no cramps since. If you have good abs, u have less percentage of having cramps but u still have to eat and drink properly(don't eat less then 1 hour before and drink 45 min before). Hope this helps

work my abs at about 4 times a week, i play a lot of soccer so i got to keep my core really strong. I workout at night, and do 500 full situps, sometimes 350 cross chest situps, and i always do 50 jackknifes at the end. I got a full six that is toned. I've been working out since october / 04. I started at about a 100 everynight and worked my way up.
