Hey everyone. im john a 16 year old athlete 5 feet tall 110 pounds. Im built and very health for my size but i dont feel that my body is as great as it can be. i need tips on how to increase lipolysis to lose body fat to get even more cut cause this is one of the steps i need to go through to lose body fat in less than 6 weeks. Any tips. i could really use it?

Hi. Maybe the best thing for you to do is to change your diet a little bit. You can try eating herbs that induce lipolysis like:

  • Bitter Orange
  • Cayenne
  • Green Tea
  • Licorice

You could drink Green Tea after you work out and eat Bitter Orange pre-workout. That should boost lipolysis which will eventually burn fat in your system.

You said your body is not as great as it can be. What is your weight and height? Are you working out, at gym or at home?

im 5 feet tall around 106-110 im pretty fit but id like to get more definition. i work out at school then at home.

If you would like to get more definition then i strongly recommend , along with working out, running. Yes, that way you will be burning that excess fat.

Also, i good tip on getting definition is to do your exercises faster , rather then slowly. Working out faster gives you better strength and definition and working out slower gives you more muscle, but you will be slower.

You say you workout:

  • What exercises do you perform?
  • Are you working out with weights or like a body workout (push ups, pull ups, abs)?
  • How many times per week do you workout and for how long per session?

Faster excercises sometimes help, and sometimes dont. It depands on your body and how it will respond. One of the things that helped my was changing my workout after some time. And i found this to be good solution for lots of people.

Running and other cardiovascular activities are not the answer. Research high intensity interval training, intermittent fasting and don't eat carbs with your fats.
