Help me, please! I need to lose 35 kilos! I know that sounds crazy, and believe, from where I am standing, it does look like mission impossible. The thing is that my doctor warned me that my obesity is making me unhealthy, so I know I will have to follow through and really lose the weight I need to lose, for my own health. How do you lose crazy weight though?
You can do it! The key to success is to remember at all times that weight loss is a gradual affair. If you like, weight loss is a long term project, not a quick-fix, as many diet companies would have you believe. If you make a solid plan to lose weight, a plan including exercise and diet, you will start to lose weight. Please don't think for a moment that you will be able to drop all those kilos like they are nothing.
