After having struggled with my weight for a very long time for various reasons, I came to a radical decision. I become a vegan, and not just any vegan, but a 100 percent RAW vegan. This means eating lots of nuts and dried fruits and anything that can be consumed without cooking. Not only do I feel better than I ever have in my entire life, but I also lost the thirty kilos I needed to!!!!!
Very interesting. It is so wonderful that you lost all that weight using a raw diet, but it must have been extremely hard. What kind of things do you eat when you are on a diet like that? Can you have any proper meal at all, other than eating lots of salads? I don't think that I would have the stamina to keep up with a diet like that, no matter how much weight I could lose with that! Good for you!
