I'm 12 years old and about to be 13. I weigh 134 lbs and I really want to lose quite a bit of it. I'm having trouble staying with my workouts because I'm losing motivation. My parents don't help me with this and neither do my friends. Also, I cant find any good meals that I actually like I hate vegetables). Can someone pls give me some help or anything please? I need it.
Hey don't get discouraged about being heavy. A strong meal plan has a huge effect on your weight. If you stop eating c**p and eat protein after your workouts, you will see a drastic change. Find something that motivates you to do a hobby. Acknowledge that motivation and plug it in to working out. Puberty will come and you'll lose fat as you grow. Keep on doing your workouts and eating protein and less sugar and carbs, the change you see will be amazing. Also, find a good abdominal muscle circuit to do every single day and then eat two eggs afterwards. Drink a lot of water. Keep up the hard work and you'll be satisfied!
