Well, I'm roughly 150 lbs. I have a bit of a Belly, and Love-Handles, I want them gone! I understand this will take a while, But what is the most efficent way to lose weight/Belly/lovehandles?
Im no expert, but you should just stick to a normal diet, healthy eating, but most importnant, exercise everyday for atleast 30-mins to an hour. the classic way is the best despite what you hear about other diets. Running and walking is very helpful.Hope that helps. Good luck!!!!!
