Gold Bond body powder works instantly for a while. It helps. I wish they come with something over the counter to rid of them without the embarrassment of going to a doctor but unfortunately it isn't going to happen anytime soon. APple Cider Viniger does shrink them so I think it may work I've never been able to keep it up though.

My doctor suggested soaking myself in salt bath, regular table salt will do. It provided instant relieve for the itch. Please make sure you don’t have broken skin otherwise salt bath would sting. Of course it doesn’t cure the warts, he prescribed Aldara for it but mentioned it will take months for the warts to go away

Hi, guys.

We got an updated advice from our health expert. Here it is.

Genital warts are a sexually transmitted infection caused by certain strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV). There are some things you can do to help relieve the itchiness of genital warts:

  1. Keep the area clean and dry: Gently wash the area with mild soap and water and pat dry with a clean towel.

  2. Avoid scratching: Scratching the affected area can lead to further irritation and potentially spread the warts to other parts of your body.

  3. Wear loose-fitting clothing: Tight clothing can cause friction and further irritation. Opt for loose-fitting clothing made from breathable fabrics.

  4. Apply a cool compress: Applying a cool, damp cloth to the affected area may help relieve itchiness.

  5. Use over-the-counter treatments: Over-the-counter treatments such as topical creams or ointments may help relieve itchiness, but it is important to speak with your healthcare provider before using any treatments.
