1. Don't have sex of any kind until you see your doctor.
2. See your doctor - NOW.
It sounds like you do have some sort of infection. Any wound can allow bacteria or viruses into (and out) of your body. It is a risk to both of you to keep having sexual contact. Please get it looked at.
