I am 45 years old attorney. I have hypoglycemia. At first doctor could not tell me what is wrong with me. I had to see three doctors to found out that my glucose level has dropped below 50 mg per 100 ml of blood. Can you tell me something about hypoglycemia treatment? Please, help!
It is very serious disease. When you eat something with lots of sugar your level of insulin increases. That is why your level of glucose in your blood drops. It can affect your brain. First you should avoid desserts and fast food. Also you should try to ignore anything that comes in a box from the supermarket. Try to have several meals during the day. These snacks should be consisted of slow digesting food.
