whats a matter with me i keep getting pains on my right ear and my right side of my mouth when i swallow and when eat and drink my food. i feel very dehydrated and hungry but every time i swallow it hurts. my face is starting to swell up and i am very worried because i want to no whats a matter with me

Your symptoms could represent a number of problems but at first glance I have a similar problem. In my case it is TMJ. TMJ is the temporalmandibular joint (your jaw joint). Sometimes this becomes misaligned and can cause pain when you speak, eat, swallow etc. It can cause pain in you face, ear and head. It can be very uncomfortable. It always seemed to be worse when I got up in the morning. I sleep on my side which appears to be putting pressure on my right jaw causing it to misalign. So I'm sleeping on my back. I have several pillows under my head and I keep my head straight and allow my jaw to relax but in alignment. As long as I do that I have no problem. You might give this a try and see if it works.
