I am a 15 year old sophomore in high school. I haven't hit puberty yet, and all the other guys have. I feel really embarrassed because it is so obvious. My voice is still high,and i have no facial hair. Just i week ago I developed very light hairs on my armpits. My penis is very small, only 3 centimeters erect. My testicles are also small. I do have dark course hair around the base of my penis though. My semen is whitish-clear, and not a lot. I also still have a a lot of baby fat and am a little overweight (I know this wont change with puberty though). I told my dad and he just said I am a late bloomer. Is there anything I can do?

Same thing happened to my brother. He was 19 years old and 5 feet tall and 3 inches. That was 2 years ago. Now he is almost 6 feet tall and through puberty.
