I am a 13 year old girl who keeps getting bullied because of my weight, my family keeps making me eat things that are supposedly healthy which I don't think is true. As I weigh myself every morning and run around to get exercise, I notice that my weight is increasing. I just want to be skinny like everyone else everyone is so pretty and skinny and they keep showing off and they don't realize how much this is effecting me! Please if anyone has any tips let me know because I can't deal with being judged by my weight any longer. Thank you for reading. (If anyone sees this of course but I doubt that someone will)

Hi, guest.

I am sorry you are being bullied. It can be difficult to deal with bullying and it's important to remember that your worth is not determined by your weight.

There are a few things that you can do to help you lose weight in a healthy way:

  • Eat a balanced diet that includes lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
  • Exercise regularly. Start by doing something that you enjoy, like walking, swimming, biking, or playing a sport.
  • Get plenty of sleep. Aim for eight to nine hours of sleep each night.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Talk to an adult you trust about your concerns. They can provide additional support and guidance.

Most importantly, remember that you are more than your weight. Take care of yourself and be kind to yourself.
