I am having irregular periods

                 I am 28 years old and got a very big problem 

I am having irregular periods that is am getting my period above 6 months and all ,,,,, i don't know what to do ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i don't want my periods to be come with the help of any tablets or any capsules ,,,,,,,,,,, Could u tell me what should be done and what should be taken to get my periods naturally ,, so that i can pregnant fast in a normal ways .
