I am 14, I am big guy, not fat, I am stocky and honestly kinda heavy/muscluer... i mean, I have abs, but I also hav flab. So I am not un healthy. But I weighed 222 lbs last week, and I weigh 203 lbs now. i mean I am losing a lot of weight fast. I have not been eating a lot due to my recent tonsilectomy, but I am eating enough. I also am not pooping regularly. I mean I have pooped maybe three times since I had my surgery ( About a week ago... ) Should I be worried? And I actually do not mind losing weight, I could deal with being lighter. Only because my height to weight ratio is off...

Hello 14yearoldme,

You might want to check the scale your using and make sure that before you step on it, it is set to zero.  You have lost 19 pounds but you're not telling me how long it took you to lose that much weight.  Was it two weeks or perhaps a month.  Given that you had a tonsilectomy and are not eating much will certaining help you to lose weight.  If you lost the weight in 3 to 4 weeks and this trend continues, you need to make a doctors appointment and get a physical to find out what is going on.  You also need to consider that right at your age you are grown.  Young male teens get a growth around your age and up to 16 to 17 years of age.  That growth spurt takes a lot of energy and nutrients to make body grow rapidly.  This may be contributing to your weight loss along with your not eating much due to your surgery.
