I am researching on Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder / ADD. If any one knows something about this disorder please share their stories with me.

When researching on ADHD I found that It was also seen in adults also. I was thinking that time why this disorder will be found in both children as well as in adults. I think the reason behind that was stress in relation, unhealthy diet.
