Hi, I am very young and i weigh 150 to 155 pounds. I am too heavy at this age and i want to loose weight. I eat really healthy all the time. I tried to excercise alot, but it made me so jittery and sick to my stomach. When i took a bite of a poptart it made me better, and the next time I ate some chicken and felt better. I have no clue what is going on. Could you help?

having a healthy diet is important part in your weight loss, but you still need some form of exercise to burn the extra calories. From what you said happened to you when you tried to exercise, it sounds to me like you pushed yourself too much, maybe with incorrect exercises, and that made you sick to your stomach.
There are simple and less demanding activities that will help you in burning the calories such as walking or jogging. Once your body gets into some form and you become able to handle the harder exercises, then you start with more complex exercise program,
