I can't hear on my right ear and I am afraid it will ruin my relationship

I’m only 19 and iv had the same problem for weeks now it’s driving me insane 

my boyfriend can’t understand why I cant hear him as well as I used to and why I can’t ear my little girl I’m worried it will destroy my relationship and my little family
