Take the Ativan and chill. Seriously. Just dot increase the dose. .5 mg once a night or 1 mg a night is usually good for most people. Ativan is relatively safe. Dependency issues, but who cares. Again, just don't increase the dose.

I dunno what this is but its been happening over a year now like out of nowhere it feels like the wind is sucked from me and a kinda gasp for a quick second. Doc said its not my heart stopping momentarily cause if it was I would pass out from it and its prob my brain telling me to breathe more deep. Im not sure if it's maybe a asthmatic symptom or what. It is reminicant of a hiccup as far as how it feels except with this I cant breathe. But I got this now on top of depression/anxiety/diabetes/high blood pressure, feel like im 61 and not 31 which is what im supposed to be lol.

Ah I finally found a website that has this topic, I'm currently 16 and all the time I feel like my heart has stopped and I can't breathe at all. It almost feels like I'm really nervous and I get extremely dizzy. I went to the doctor and they said it was from tobacco abuse but I really doubt that. I'm always checking my heart beat to make sure it's still beating or to make sure it's not beating to fast. I hate this feeling and I feel like I'm losing my life to it cause I'm always worried about it. My parents don't believe in meds for anxiety or depression, should I try harder to get on something or just try to let it go?

Hello. I've been having these same problems and then some. I feel weak all the time, I feel like my heartbeat is really faint and like its completely stopped beating. If you've had anxiety for a long time. It could be the chemicals nauturally releasing thinking your body is panicking. Resulting in the numbness/no heart beat.

I know I'm taking a long shot replying as you commented a year ago. I have recently gone back on the pill and ever since I've been getting the feeling that my hearts stopping and I'm having to take deep gasping breathes and I feel numb all over like bloods not circulating round my body. I'm wondering if it's linked to the pill. You ever have this problem when on the pill or just when you stopped?

Hey I'm 16 and have suffered with an anxiety, panic attacks and paranoia. My heart is now stopping every now and then. When it does I think all kinds of crazy things like, am I dyeing? Am I not getting enough breath or to much? But I found that re ensuring yourself nothing bad will happen works calming yourself down. Also taking a drink of water or listening to music like the obvious, don't worry be happy by Bob Marley. Try different things to stay occupied...like a Hobby.

Its all in our mind right. We put it there. If the thoughts and fears can be planted then they can be taken out. Why not try a hypnotist? 10 % of the people who go get hypnotized go for axiety. You'd be surprised what else they could do for you too.

People your issues arent mental. If the doctor or anyone else tells you it is there part of the problem. I have the same issue. I take 16 oz of exlir cuz the doctor's and other people are in on killing people on a mass scare on purpose. If you get these symptoms your part of numerous people who is in a mass group to be killed off. Every doctor, and mental health worker, and gov. Are all in cohoots to do this. The elixer formulation I take is as follows(remember to drink every night) use a one cup measuring cup, buy braggs apple cider vinegar organic with the mother in it shake before every use, next take a small spoon not the big ceral ones, metal or plastic and measure out 4 of those a lil spill or pinch more wont hurt you if you spill some while doing this, next fill the spoon 4 times with organic honey you can buy this from a organic/raw/local food store, next buy bottled gallons or individual of water store brand spring or other filtered pouring the water to the one cup mark and stirring, next pour in a 16 oz bottle or bigger if there a little residual honey left dont worry we are taking care of that next, next have hot water in ur house NOT tap present everyday me I have a tall water heater thingy but fill ur measuring cup 1 more time with the hot water up to the one cup mark then stir the reminence of the honey etc aand poor in the bottle the remainder of the water remember to check your water heater devise as hot water evaporates, next put on cap and shake thurally, drink every night before bed...this is not a doctor's recommendation, but it will for most take care of what you really have cuz no doctor will tell you the real truth cuz remember your in the bunch their trying to kill. Michigan population has been down for almost a decade now and other states. Do research there killing you on purpose. Take precautions always. And may god or the religions you are be with you. And if you dont have this pray.
