I feel like I need to pee. Then weird stuff comes out...

So today I went to the bathroom, and then walked out and everything was normal for a minute. Then I felt like I needed to pee again, and the tip of my penis was sort of tingling, almost a little like a burn (but not painfull), so I went back into the bathroom. Some clear fluid came out, but I know it was not sperm, but I don't think it was urine. Whatever it was had little flecks of brown stuff in it. I had this same feeling a few more times in the next ten minutes, the same stuff came out, and then it went away. This has never happened before. Does anyone know what it might be??? I am also an 18 year old virgin. And male. Obviously... o.O
