Doctors don't go through a decade of medical school just so you can self diagnose yourself. You're suppose to listen to your doctor not the Internet because diagnostics goes much farther than checking off a list if symptoms. If you think you have Gilbert's Syndrome because you read the symptoms list off the Internet and went, "hey these are my symptoms!" but your doctor says you don't then 9.9 out of 10 times you really don't have Gilbert's syndrome. No, that's called being a hypochondriac.

You may possibly have sensitivities to a food or several types of food.  Your doctor can do a test to see what may be bothering you.

I have the same symptoms but not the same medical issues. Good luck with docs but really you do need to find one that will experiment. Here's what they found out about me. 1. Rare celiac disease. Treated with low dose if steroids. 2. Hemochromatosis - Treated with phlebotomy 3. Muscle cramping/tears/fibro/electrolyte imbalances - Treated with Magnesium IVs. Those are just the starting points. They still can't figure out why I can't eat certain foods/sugars etc. Looking into infectious diseases and the like to see if some pathology/virus/parasite/fungus/heavy metals or cancer is causing the weird reaction. Gotta rule out all the weird stuff too and all family genetics. Here's what I suggest you eat if you want a portion of your normal life back. Eat only the following things: 1. Pineapple 2. Coconut Oil 3. Rice Organic 4.Organic Chicken 5. Fish (No salmon or trout though) 6.Garlic 7. Ginger 8. Organic Bananas 9. Only organic orange juice if you can tolerate it 10. Sea Salt (no additives) 11.Water That's it. You can't eat anything else. So give it a try if you want some quality of life back.

I'm sorry that you have been sick for do long. This will sound strange but you need to stop listening to the doctors. In my experience most doctors are completely useless. They are misguided by the medical industry to believe that every problem can be fixed with "magic beans". Modern doctors are basically medical industry corporate profit drug pushers. From all the symptoms you described, your body is toxic. Do these few things and your health will change dramatically. Stop eating bread completely. Carbs (are sugars) + other sugars makes your body really toxic. Sugar is an anti-nutrient and causes inflammation. Change from bad oils yo good oils. No Canola, 'vegetable oil' etc. Only olive or coconut oil. Drink loads of water!! Flush the toxins out of your body. Dont eat at least 3 hours before bed. Sugar and lack of water causes constipation and acid reflux...so how could a pill fix this problem...your poor mood is from lack of water...because your hypothalamus ( regulates mood) can't secrete hormones properly. Stop taking the pills after you start hydrating on a regular basis. At least 64 fluid ounces a day. (Thats 4 × the regular size 16 oz water bottle) Good luck. You are going to be fine

Smoke a bit of weed, you'll feel much better. Coming from a 47 year old with MS, who is always sick to my stomach.

Please get tested foe celiac disease. You mentioned you were gluten intolerant, but may actually have the disease. Easily controlled by diet, but often overlooked by physicians. Simple blood test- do NOT avoid gluten before being tested so you don't get false negative results. Have them test you for TTGA and IGA. If positive for TTGA, confirm with an anti-endomysial antibody test. Gluten is found in wheat, barley, malt, rye and oats. Lots of gluten free foods out there, so if that is your diagnosis all your symptoms should go away. My family has celiac and we've heard a lot of stories like yours!!,

I truly believe it's the food we are eating and it's in EVERYTHING GMO's? The way they grow and produce food, they are killing us slowly. I have upped probiotic supplements and take a Rx for a proton pump inhibitor and it helps... but bottom line, I think it's what we are putting in ourselves that is feeding this bad bacteria in our intestines

Your full of poop. Dr's send you for test after test and you sit in offices for hours because that's so much fun? How dare you

sounds like what I am going through; it is a soft tissue problem. Probably myofascial pain syndrome. find a physical therapist that knows cranial sacral and trigger point therapy. Spent an absurd amount of money had four spine surgeries and was still in pain until I found a therapist that suffered from it as well. Doctors are useless and will not believe you.

First of all Thx for posting it really helps those of us who share the symptoms. I personally have never been tested and have only recently started to become much worse with the fatigue and sickness, one thing I have noticed and that you comparatively made reference to is the gluten intolerance I've noticed the starchier foods are the worst offenders ie. Spaghetti also canned sauces and powdered mixes

You may have a digestive enzyme deficiency. People do not have an endless supply of digestive enzymes. Try taking a quality digestive enzyme pill. This is a must....look up food combining. Basically, it's not eating protein and carbs together. You can eat them separately, but not together. No meat and potatoes. No meat and bread. No sandwiches. No spaghetti and meatballs. No eggs and toast.
