See everyday can be different like I can be ok one day and not threw up but the next
day get sick. I have been to a lot of doctors and I have been close to dying 2 or 3 times since I have been sick.
U should try to drink more and drink smoothies
3 things come to mind. Sound like your body is working very hard to digest your food. Check your glucose A1C. Are you over eating? Do you need a gluten free diet? Is your heart working to hard during digestion, maybe you should have it checked.
I know exactly how you all are feeling. I am 37 and it has taken me years of experimenting to figure out why the problem is. I would starve myself for fear that I was going to feel aweful afterwords until I had to eat or pass out from starvation. Maybe that's what leads to anorexia in some people's causes. Anyhow, back in the days when I was 15 and younger there was no doctor that would even consider a food interface unless it was peanuts or shell fish. So you are lucky you at least li e in a time where they at least test and have you try and eliminate the obvious. The problem is that they do not explain to you how long it takes to heal and how every food you eat hurts until your GI tract is healed. The food you are intolerant to causes an autoimmune response which has your bowels in constancy inflammation until you heal...and this means taking it CONPLETELY OUT of your diet. I cannot even tolerate one bite of cheese or I relaps and feel like total sh*t for two weeks..literally. Wheat is another big one for me..can't eat a slice of bred or sick for days afterwords. And when I am relapsing there are key foods I too of that I can or have or if makes me worst yet..i.e chocolate, caffeine, nuts, coconut, beans, any grains in any form (even brown rice), raw foods and NO CORN!!! dont forget the CORN. Basically I can only eat cooked veggies, some fruit and meat protein for two weeks afterwords. Eat alot of olive oil and avacado, raw honey with hot water and fish.. These things will bring down the inflammation and heal your gut! The docs have no idea how to really help you heal and this is why so many people are lost in this battle! Why don't they teach docs this stuff? The info is out there but hard to find. Makes me really wonder sometimes. Also, try the Ayurvedic supplement Triphala. It is miraculous. If you stay away from grains and dairy for 6 months you can experiment with adding tiny amounts in to see how your body reacts to them, because in this time you may actually reset your system and allow for proper healing so that your body doesn't have an automatic autoimmune response to it anymore. Try The Bowen method as well. It talks about eliminating for 6 months dairy and grains and adding key nutrients to eliminate the food intolerance..which is where I'm at now. I haven't eliminated everything for a full 6 months before. It is getting much worst with age as my digestive system has been fighting this since I was a baby.
My symptoms include:
Anxiety
Fatigue
Painful lump in throat
Hypoglycemia (yes, caused my the food intolerance)
Thyroid issues (all of these I am listing are actually cause by the food intolerance that inflame the body so much it affects all functions)
Suger intolerance
Palpations (in the night)
Dizziness
Eye pain and eyesight problems
Joint pain (arthritis)
Bowel problems
Heart burn
Headaches
Tingling all over
Kidney issues (urgency)
Edema
..sounds like I'm dieing huh? Well, I felt like I was and even want to sometimes when it was really bad. At one time I had all these symptoms at once and I do believe I was on the verge of death. If one peanut can kill someone I'm sure I was close. Now, I know what the problem is and what needs to be down. COMPLETE ELIMINATION. Not even a taste for 6 months and then slowly see how things react. I have gotten myself almost there because now I understand how long it takes to work itself out. I at least know that when I eat something I shouldn't I have to wait 2 weeks before feeling better. I am getting serious with it now and not letting it enter my body until I can heal completely. Don't let your body trick you into thinking its healed either. You will feeli better but it hasn't been long enough for your body to not react in an auto immune way after only two weeks! Believe my I have learned my lesson. Good luck to ALL OF YOU. I have completely empathy! Get better soon
I am alot older then must of you. I have had alot of tests over the years and they just told me I have low blood sugar(hypoglycemia). It makes you sick to your stomach and sometimes disoriented, shakey, sweats, headache, it usually happens about 20 mins after you eat. Try eating smaller meals more often (about every 3 hours). Check your blood sugar when it is happening. If that doesn't help then check for Celiac Disease (allergy to wheat and glutin).
Doctors don't know sh*t. They are ignorant and are preaching out-dated low tech medicine designed at the best of time to fuel the pharma industry
I am waiting to have a cat scan done and hopefully the doctors can tell me something. It will be a year on November 19th going through this sickness.
Sounds like you have Lyme disease there test are very inaccurate you need to find a Lyme literate dr sorry Hun
This person knows what they are talking about! Bravo!
Have you been tested for a Metabolic Disorder? I think that you should see an Endocrinologist.
My friend has recently just come to me complaining the same thing. She's been diagnosed with some joint pain disorder like you too do you think they're linked?
Did you ever find out what it was?SATURDAY
Don't know if I got anything that's been said. But every time I eat something, I take like 2 or 3 bites out of it and then I feel full up and if I eat anymore I start to feel sick.
I also have this problem and I believe it is a cobination of acid reflux and lactose intolerance. For those of you who say why does reflux come and go? That's because reflux comes from too much gastric acid which is triggered by lots of types of food. But, say for example you drink 1 coffee, you might be okay because it's the summative effect that causes the problems not the immediate consumption. So in other words things like coffee, juice, alcohol etc. contribute but in small amounts or under isolation may appear to not be the cause of the problem. As for your all encompassing meal plan, some fruits also cause reflux and a lot of supplement powders also trigger reflux and/or lactose intolerance. Try whey hydrolyse. Preworkouts are a no, creatine is a no. And 1 last thing, which is often overlooked. Overeating also causes reflux, once you get full you have to stop eating. You can't polish off your plate you'll get sick.
i have all this . For over a year. Basically people think i nuts. Just told i have helibactor pylori bacteria. Now i that weak. Dr cant treat me. Omg.
