Start with an elimination diet of all cow dairy, including cheese, ice cream milk etc., eggs ,all nuts and any processed foods.So... don't eat breads , packaged snacks or cereals or anything you don't make yourself. Eat salads, steamed or fresh veggies and fruits , quinoa, oats. For proteins some legumes, chicken and fish. See if symptoms dissipate. Be a label reader with a vengeance. I thought I was dying for decades feeling horrible after eating. Brain fog, headaches physical fatigue, mood swings bloating.Started eating this kind of diet and have felt like a new person for the last 10 years. Add foods back in a little at a time after a good 3 months of elimination trial. Good luck! And it's not as hard as it sounds . Once you see how much better you feel you will want to sick with it with occasional fall backs. Hope this helps.

I came here, looking for answers.
Thanks, this page is really helpful. I have had the symptoms, that everyone is talking about on this page, since being in an accident in 2005. Like many, I have had tests, and tests, I seen up to 19 different NHS and private doctors.
I take, so many different vitamins and supplements, and they really do help.... key ones are, 1 x tablet with 15 different probiotics, 1 x Calcium, and 2 x tablets of Complex Vitamin B each day. I would recommend, using a ''blue light'' bulb, to help with concentration.
Drink lots of water, and ginger tea helps.
DO NOT DRINK BEFORE OR AFTER EATING, allow 30 minutes after food. Try not to eat sugar, carbs and dairy products.

I have had the same exact thing - once several years ago and again just the last few weeks and it seemed to start with some kind of a mild sore throat along with these horrible feelings exactly as you described immediately after eating. I figured it was some kind of a virus and so I am taking echinacea and goldenseal 3-4 capsules, 1000 units vitamin C, zinc, and lysine with a lot of water or very diluted cranberry juice. If I don’t take this every four hours or so the feelings come back. It seemed to help for about for five days and then the next week everything came back again so now I’ve decided to take this regularly as long as one might take something for a bacterial infection , that is I’m going to keep it up for couple more weeks . Several years ago when the doctors checked they noticed inflammation in my intestines and they thought gluten allergy but I’m still convinced it’s some kind of dehydration and other symptoms from Some kind of virus. Drinking just before and with and after the meal seems to make it better but I do feel that there is something in these supplements that’s also helping. There seem to be so many weird things going around these days and I think the medical experts aren’t even close to appreciating what is impacting all of us.

Hey man. This is a year later I guess. I hope your doing well. I want to tell you about Arnold Ehret, and the mucusless diet healing system. His work is the answer to your health problems, I guarantee it. Everything will make so much sense after you read his work, the mucusless diet healing system is the most important. He advocates a plant based diet of mucusless foods, only fruits and leafy greens, and healing naturally with fasting and a changing diet. There was nothing he couldn’t cure, he healed thousands throughout his life. Definitely check him out, keep an open mind. It goes against modern medicine, which is almost all BS, not looking out for us, engineered for our sickness and sick maintenance. His work is the greatest health knowledge available to us by far. I hope this finds you. Peace

Yours sounds more like emotional rather than hypoglycemia. I hope you have relief by now

Nice ad. I've tried ALL diets. Do you know how many people have the "cure" for all ails thru their diet? I've tried all diets. HAVE YOU ANY IDEA WHAT FASTING DOES TO A HYPOGLYCEMIC?? I have been on mostly plant based foods most of my life. Yet here I am!

Old post but saw today. You sound like me. Same crazy symptoms. Been through the same tests plus some. Short answer after 2 and a half they finally got a diagnosis. Fibromyalgia. Go to a Rheumatologist that specializes in Fibromyalgia for a consult. Life is much better for now.

I am 16 and I have a thyroid issue as well and every time I eat I feel sick and what I do eat I can keep down and sadly I think the biggest issue is being so stressed causes this issue to not wanna eat and getting sick when you do eat

I have the same issue. If the doctors don’t see a listed medical cause they won’t help because they abide by the rules that make money not the oath they took to help people. I blame the food, almost everything we eat is either processed or it’s flour based. I removed all caffeinated and lactose/ flour products from my diet. Also make sure that your sleep is not interrupted and that you’re having 8 to 10 hours of sleep. During our sleep is when our body processes everything. The better sleep the better the body is able to process. When I sleep better and exercise regularly, I am able to eat more heavy foods. Basically if we stop eating the sh*t our FDA organization approved for consumption we should be good. Ever noticed that most products approved by the FDA makes a lot of us sick. Milk is on my top numero 1 and ice cream number two, red meat 3. Create an affordable plan to eat and try to eat mostly fresh ingredients that haven’t been stored for too long or processed. If you go out to eat choose carefully as most restaurants still only sell you sh*t food that not even my dog would eat. Feels like they robbed you when their food makes you sick.

Yes, if you read his original post he said he tested positive for lactose and gluten intolerance

That almost sounds like POTS. You stomach pulls all the blood from your extremities, including your brain so it can digest your food. See if there is a Dr in your area that specialized in POTS or Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) I know this is an old post, hope you still check it occasionally.

You sound like you may have hypoglycemia from fibromyalgia and would do well on a low carb diet. Get Claudia Craig Marek’s book on the subject. You should be able to find it on Amazon. All the best to you
