I had a vasectomy several years ago and since I have noticed a nasty odor.
However I do have some foreskin even after having been circumcised. I keep myself clean and never had this problem before the vasectomy.

That's an unusual complaint, and one that I had never heard associated with vasectomy before.
I would look more at the issues of cleanliness and some foreskin despite being circumcized.
When is this odor detected?
