i have a hard bump in my bum for 5 years what could this be

i have this big lump that gets bigger i had it for 5 years now it is very painful now i get bad cramps i feel like a need to keep going to the bathroom i have blood in my poop sometimes and the lump thrubs i get very cold and my feet get hevy and i feel sick too
