I have a mysterious bump. What do i do? What does it mean?

I have a slight problem.

I am a guy. and in my pubic region, i have a red bump. I did try waxing and it did cause irritation, that was 2 weeks ago.. but this pump just arrived a couple days ago. I dont know what it is. so does anyone know?
