So, I have a pimple on my right outer lip/labia majoria. It looks like the average pimple you'd normally find on your face, but it's downstairs...
Is this bad or uncommon? I know I shouldn't pop it, as the bacteria/puss might further irritate me.
Should I just let it be and let it go away on its own? What should I do about it?
Being on my period shouldn't be affecting it right?
Advice and tips would be much appreciated.
Keep it clean and keep applying antiseptic cream to it should help.

I don't think it's an ingrowing hair- it has the small pus bubble on the top of it.
