Hi guys ummm im male with type one diabetes and for a while i have had pain while pooping with blood sometimes. Recently,I noticed a swollen area near my anus and now my anus itches badly from time to time.Today I noticed a yellowish discharge and it was kinda clear and smelled funny.I don't remember when this all started. This has all gone done downhill. Please I just need to know what this is. Bye

It's possible you just have a case of piles (hemorrhoids). There are over-the counter medications that you can buy at the grocery store or discount store to help you with that. They are creams that you put there to ease pain, itching and pressure. Give this a try and see if it doesn't work. The other possibility is that you have irritable bowel syndrome but I doubt it. Just give Prep H a try and see how that works for you. One of my neighbors has this problem and he says it works well for him. The medication is relatively inexpensive and easy to get. You shouldl know in a few days. Now this isn't a cure but rather will help with the symptoms.
