I have had severe headaches at the base of my skull almost everyday. They seem to just get worse

For about a year, I have had severe headaches at the base of my skull almost everyday. They seem to just get worse. My neck constantly cracks, and there is a severe feeling of tightness in my spine. I am always always sleepy. And dizzy. Every test I have had done comes fine
