I have the urge to use the bathroom when i get fingered, should i hold it or let the urge go?

so when this guy and i are making out,  he started to finger me because he was like h***y but whenever he fingers me i get this urge to use the bathroom and have to stop

I usually hold this urge because i'm not sure if i should let the urge go and relax or actually just hold it but i cant hold it that long just like how its hard to hold the urge to pee for a long time

i have used the bathroom before we did this though and i'm pretty sure he hit my G-spot because it felt really good

so can someone tell me if i should let the urge go  or hold it?

and i've read before from others and they said to "go with it" but that doesnt explain if i should hold it or let it go
