Hi. I am 9 weeks pregnant and I just went to the bathroom and was a little constipated I pooped but was pushing kinda hard and a white tissue-like substance fell out into toilet please help!! I really really hope it wasnt a miscarriage. I dont have any bleeding
I'm not really sure what that was that you're talking about. did it come out of your rectum or out of your vagina? I think that in either case, you would have had a lot of bleeding and cramping associated with a miscarriage. How are you doing? ANy other symptoms?
